Privacy Policy — DailyBrain

Last updated: September 24, 2026

1. Introduction

DailyBrain ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app stores on your device, what limited technical information it collects automatically, and the controls available to you. DailyBrain requires no account, sign-up, or login.

2. Information We Collect

DailyBrain has no accounts, no sign-in, and no server of our own. All game progress, settings, and statistics are stored locally on your device using SQLite and never leave your device. We do not sell your data and we do not share personal information with third parties.

The app does use third-party advertising, analytics, and crash-reporting services, which transmit app-usage and diagnostic information as described in Sections 3 and 5. DailyBrain also periodically requests a small public version file over HTTPS in order to check for updates; that request contains no personal information.

3. Advertising and Consent

We use Google AdMob to show ads that support the app and keep it free:

No ads are shown during gameplay, during tutorials, while a puzzle is paused, or on the splash screen.

Before any personalized advertising, the app asks for your consent using Google's User Messaging Platform. You can review or change that choice at any time in Settings → Privacy Options. AdMob and its partners may collect device identifiers (advertising ID), IP address, and usage data in order to select and measure ads. You can also opt out of ad personalization in your device settings:

AdMob's privacy policy is available at: https://policies.google.com/privacy

4. Data Storage and Deletion

5. Third-Party Services

These services process data under their own privacy policies. We never send them the contents of your game progress or your display name.

6. Device Permissions

Notifications are scheduled locally on your device. No notification data is sent to any server.

7. Your Choices and Controls

8. Children's Privacy

DailyBrain does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app is rated "Everyone" and contains no mature content. If you believe a child has provided such information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top will be revised. Material changes will also be reflected in the app.
